No air conditioning in schools?

What’s your opinion about sending your children to school in September when it’s still 90 degrees out with humidity and they have to sit in class and sweat their butts off while teachers and facility gets air conditioned offices?

Teachers r in it with us. There’s only two rooms in the entire school that has ac and that’s the room above the kiln, and (of all places) the fucking music room. Other than that it’s hue ass fans in the halls doing nothing, and little fans in the classes, windows opened up a sliver ( cuz of safety precaution so kids don’t kill themselves over this fucking heat), and they turn the lights off. They’re just as miserable as us but at least they’re getting paid (although it is shit pay)

I had one class in high school that the teacher purposefully turned the AC off and it was so hot and humid in the room that it was hard to focus, and one girl brought in her own portable fan and plugged it into the lab plugs to cool herself down 😂

I hate it.We open up windows but then teachers tell us that “they’re cold” or that we should close it so we sweat our butts off😂😓

That it sucks. It’s why I bring a spray bottle to school to stop myself from sweating
