How did you know you were ready for another baby?/when is your body?

My baby boy is 4 months old. We know for sure we want more than one. I also know I want them close in age around 2 years apart. It sounds crazy but the passed few days all I can think about is getting pregnant already again and just keeping the baby phase going in the house while I’m used to it lol also thinking about time and dates and when the next baby would be born if I were to get pregnant around January or so to still be close in age with Jace ( born May 2018 ) but I also wonder is my body even able or ready to carry another baby?
