I just can’t wait until I go on maternity leave so I can find another job. Got a new operations manager and ever since it’s just went down hill. Employees are running this place instead of the supervisors.

Use to be an enjoyable place to work but now it’s just miserable. They treat the new employees and the shitty employees like gold and the ones that have been here for years and don’t call in get put on the back burner and ignored.

They ask what they can do better but don’t listen. Things break down all the time and instead of fixing it they band aid it and the next week everything goes to shit and people are here until 3 AM and have to be back in the next day at 8

Time to move on.
