Anyone conceived twins while breastfeeding?

I got pregnant few weeks ago but still breastfeeding my LO who is 1 now. I can’t help but feel it’s twins! (No specific symptoms & signs) I also heard the chance of conceiving with twins is slightly increased when nursing, I’m just curious
