Methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy

PTgal💜 • Married 6 years, just had my rainbow, a baby girl, in April. Have pcos, endometriosis, low thyroid, and have had 4 mc.
Have any of you ladies been given the methotrexate shot for an ectopic pregnancy? I got one this morning and am wondering when I should expect to start bleeding. The dr thinks it was there for about 8 weeks and my hcg this morning was 56. I had no symptoms, the dr discovered the tubal pregnancy sac during a routine ultrasound. Thank you ladies!
