Weight
Okay... so I'm not over weight but I have been noticing a rapid increase in my weight and need to nip it in the butt before it gets bad.
Aside from working out (which I am4-6 times wkly) any suggestions?
I know I need to eat more greens but I always have a hard time eating them. And smoothies are so time consuming to do first thing in a AM.
I rarely eat white bread... I rarely eat sweets... I eat frequently in small portions... idk what I am doing wrong. I am afraid the insulin part of PCOS is catching up with me.
