Elective csection

Hiya has anyone had or having an elective csection ? How do you go about getting one ? I had an emcs with my first 7years ago as she was breech (I was 14 days over due.) Would I be able to opt for one this time round? I'm only early days yet but the idea of giving birth vaginally is terrifying me I can't sleep at night I just worry about it all day.
