Hyperstimulated ovaries!!! Anyone else?!

We were successful with pregnancy after our second IUI cycle and use of Gonal F injections ❤️ I was told about 5 weeks ago that my ovaries were hyperstimulated from the hormones (I have PCOS with multiple cysts on both sides) - I was vomiting, abdomen very swollen, and nauseous. The nausea and vomiting luckily went away but the “fullness” and swelling has stayed. I got another ultrasound yesterday and the doctor told me- “do NOT do anything and be lazy!” So now I am off work for a week to relax (which is so hard for me to do lol). Anyone else experience hyperstimulated ovaries?!? I’m hoping they go down a little bit- they are sitting on my bladder causing discomfort.
