ZZZQUIL while pregnant?

Lastnight I took a liquid form of ZzzQuil to help me fall asleep, & this morning we found out we were pregnant. I know you aren’t suppose to take Melatonin while you are pregnant, but know nothing about ZzzQuil or NyQuil.. Any Comments??? I’m worried

Just don't take it often. Once ina blue moon should be fine.

Zzzquil is literally just Benadryl. There are no known risks associated with pregnancy but don’t waste your money! Go buy generic diphenhydramine.

I wouldn’t make a habit out of it, but Zzzquil is basically just Benadryl, which is safe during pregnancy.
