Any tips to turn a breech baby?

My little guy is sitting with his legs crossed and bottom down on top of my birth canal still. Ever since we had our 20 week anatomy scan and yesterday at our 31 week ultrasound still same thing. 
Any advice from mamas out there who have successfully turned a breech baby before delivery?

Did the dr offer an ecv, where they physically turn baby? Its painful and there are risks but theres also risks with a ceserean. They also do it at a hospital so if anything happens it just becomes an emergency ceserean.  I had mine done at almost 39 weeks and she turned, went on to have a vaginal birth with a 6 hour labor. No suggestions on how to flip him, but if it gives you hope my oldest didn't flip till 36 w

Swimming, doing handstands in the pool, and downward dog!

Chiropractor and acupuncture/moxibustion May have worked for me. Baby did turn, but I can’t definitely say what did it.

Lots of activity! My baby girl flipped the night before my induction. The doctor said stay active
