I’m 5’5” and 155 lbs. and I’m not “big”. I just have really broad shoulders and I’m really strong. Irish and German. I’m willing to bet that you are just perfect the way you are. Your optimum weight depends on activity, genetics, build, etc.. Those BMI charts are nonsense, everybody’s different, and you’re doing just fine.
