Dr advice ?

I'm 29weeks and 2 days today. I haven't had an ultrasound since I was around 10 weeks (they thought, they weren't sure they said). I've had so much trouble with these Drs, that will only let me get scanned at hospitals that are an hour from where I live. Anyway the traffic is so bad that I make sure I leave an extra hour early. I showed up a minute late and they refused to see me! The next time I was waiting in their office, in line for 3 minutes before I even made it to the window to sign in..they said because I was late 5 minutes I couldn't be seen again!! I was so furious and explained that I was literally standing there in line the whole time and was here on time. I've done this 2 more times with the same outcome and am just fed up. I don't even know the gender because I can't get a scan done. My ob won't let me even get just a normal scan at my hospital to just check the baby out. He/she is so active in my belly though, so im sure baby is fine. I just wish Drs would think a little more of what their patients are going through. Why wouldn't any normal obgyn just scan me themselves to check? They aren't even 100% positive of how far along I am! I could be weeks ahead and they not know (they are only going by the date I think my last period was)..I'm moving to Mississippi soon, will have to find a new Dr. Should I just wait and get a scan there? Or should I keep going to my Dr for another month just for her to walk in, measure my stomach, then literally open the door and say "ok leave now" it's not worth it to me. Just more stress imo. I don't hear how my tests turn out, or anything, I have to ask and even then I get short answers. It's not right, and any pregnant woman who voices concerns with their Dr. Should be treated better than this.
