Wasting my time?

So I had the exploratory lap done in May, which diagnosed me with endometriosis. Since then, I’ve only been able to go through two cycles (June/July) with meds and TIC. The last few months I’ve developed cysts on my ovaries, one simple and one complex, which have prevented us from trying the IUI. My question is, am I wasting my time doing this? Should I just go straight to IVF? I really wanted to use it as a last resort, but I’m exhausted and feel like the IUI is a waste of time. I’m ready for those two pink lines to show up.
