Hi everyone I suffer badly with anxiety.. wondering if anyone can help me out please!!!

I had sex 11 days before my expected period I think he pulled out but I am on birth control anyway, I had my normal heavy expected period on the right date and it has now been 4 weeks since the sex and I am experiencing some PMS - bloating, sore breasts, mood swings and slight constipation.. ( I always need to use the toilet more to urinate when my period is near ) so I have been frequently urinating.

I am due my period next week!

I have anxiety about taking pregnancy tests as I’m starting a new job, I live at home with my parents and I am young.. please just some advice 😢
