Ovulation pain
I feel a sharp pain in one side whenever I ovulate. I always thought that pain was when ovulation was happening but I read somewhere that the pain is usually a day or so before the egg actually releases.
Now I’m confused. Obviously this is important to help me time it right!
Anyone know?
