Super strong, frequent, but irregular contractions. Was JUST discharged from hospital. Debating on going back.

Was admitted to hospital for monitoring for a total of 3 days bc + fetal fibronectin and a very short, very brief labor session (contractions every 20 min for 2 hrs) had caused me to dialate. I had stabilized, un-dialated and was sent home on bed rest.

Today was my first day home, I've followed orders, but docs orders dont seem to working anymore. Ive had an upwards of 20 contractions today, over half of which were very strong. They are not regular but continuously getting stronger.

I've obviously learned that they don't have to be regular to cause dialating. So heads up there.

Question; I'm near 31 wks, desperately trying to make it to 34, minimum. My doc is, of course, on vacation until Monday.

I'm debating going back in to l&d tomorrow to see if I'm dialated again. I know if I am, they'll prob admit me again, but I've got to do what it takes to make it AT LEAST 3 more weeks.

Woth contractions being so strong, Do you think I should go back in?
