How the heck am I supposed to poop around new boyfriend?!

Hi guys! I'm in a pickle! I have this fairly new boyfriend who lives with me part of the week and I don't know how to poop around him. I go days without pooping or tooting and my stomach gets huge and bloated within a couple of days. I know it's REALLY unhealthy to do that so I'm trying to find a way to do my business without him knowing. I don't think we're to that point where I can sit him down and be like "yeah I poop too". I don't want to ruin our perfect little honeymoon phase just yet so I still have to be sneaky with it. I know the toilet paper in the toilet to get rid of the noise and "taking a shower" but he always tries and takes a shower with me. Plus my apartment is somewhat small. SOS!!!!
