BBT testing
Hi ladies,
I’m a shift worker so only been using OPKs to detect when I’m ovulating & monitoring my CM.
Any advice with checking temps when doing shifts that are all the shop as in I can’t test at the same time daily. Worth doing or just continue using OPKs & watching my CM ?
