Some stomach pains

Is stomach pain normal, well I know it usually is as long as it doesn't follow with bleeding, but usually when I first wake up in the morning my stomach hurts so bad, I mean I can deal with the pain but it still hurts, the feeling I can describe is if you laid down and did 50 sit ups all at once. This is my first child I am 14 weeks. So just wondering if it's how I'm sleeping or I'm just like really hungry from not eating. Idk lol
