Panic attack during pregnancy

I just had my first panic attack in a long time, and the first one during my pregnancy. I’m 27 weeks. I’m afraid that the panic attack has hurt my baby. Have any of y’all delt with panic attacks during pregnancy? If so, what were your experiences? Do you think it effected your baby?
