Carmen? Anything similar?

I’m Mexican, DH is part Italian (and his last name is very Italian sounding). I want names that sound Spanish and/or Italian.

Carmen has come up multiple times and while I don’t hate it, I also don’t love it. It just makes me think of an old lady. Can anyone think of any names that are sort of similar that I might like more? I’ve thought of Carmella but DH doesn’t seem to like that one...
