For the love of all things holy what helps with nausea?

I'm only 7 weeks and this week the morning sickness has literally knocked my on my butt. 
Literally everything makes me nauseated. Smells, food, noises, laying down. I'm going insane. This is only day 4 of this. I can't even look at gingerale. Crackers turn my stomach. Im not even excited I just feel like how am I going to get through 9 months?

I've been taking half a Zofran tablet every day for the day and it works. I've tried to B6/Unisome combo which is Dicigles and all the natural remedies and nothing works. I ate and it came right back up. The only thing that has worked has been Zofran. And sadly, my morning sickness isn't the"If you eat you'll feel better" mine is I eat I throw up without it. It absolutely sucks and I hate that I have to take it. But I mean it's either not get nutrition in my body or get nutrition and take half a pill. I'm glad that that has worked and I haven't needed to take a full pill or three times a day. Praying for you Mama and I hope it gets better for you! I'm praying mine subsides come the second trimester!

try taking your vitamins at night before bed. I used to take them in the morning when I woke up and I realize it was so hard to make it through the day. So now I take them at night when Ive finished everything for the day and I believe I sleep through the nausea LOL. When I wake up I feel normal and more energized. I hope this helps. Good luck hun ❤

Don’t worry honey! I’m 20 weeks with my 3rd baby and had terrible sickness with each of my kiddos. And somehow I wanted another and another! Mine eased up by 13 weeks and I’m talking puking after every meal and not even keeping protein shakes down. I promise it should get better. With my first pregnancy I 10 pounds but ended up gaining it back by the 2nd trimester. Don’t worry it gets better and much more enjoyable! I sipped on protein shakes and puked when I had to. Right when 13 weeks hit I felt so much better!

Have you seen a dr yet? I’m 12 weeks today and was sick from week 4 till like 2 days ago. You can try taking b6 and unisome. Sea bands (at target or Walmart). Try not to let your belly be empty cuz that is what makes it so much worse. Try maybe munching on a few Cheerios before you even get out of bed. Fuck water right now try drinks that have calories (Gatorade or juice) I ended up on prescription meds since nothing worked and I lost weight. Hope it gets better for you 😭 I know how you feel
