Advice on things to do... Please...
So I started the gym today 🙂
After 6 years of battling my weight iv gone from this size (1st pic)

And now I’m this size... (2nd pic)

... but now iv started going to the gym to try tone my body up abit...
Iv had two kids ( both C-section ) ....
Any tips on how I can get a flatter tummy and get thins legs?
Today was my 1st day at the gym and i only used the bike because I just don’t no what to do....
Any advice please 😊
