Kidney stones worse than labor?

I keep hearing this. Kidney stones were the most painful thing I’ve ever had including appendicitis and gallstones. Any truth to this comparing pain level to labor?

Yes I just recently had my surgery on September 4th for kidney stones removal and let me tell you it’s worse than labor pain . That’s why I had to get them removed due to I’m 14&5weeks pregnant 🤰🏻 and the recovery omg is worse pain ever I’m just now getting back to being able to walk and drive and due stuff .

I haven’t had them but my mom gave birth with no epidural and said it was totally doable, but she said kidney stones were 100% worse and had her screaming and throwing up from the pain...she’s a pretty no-drama lady, so I’m inclined to believe her 😳
