Time is my enemy
Im in my first trimester and i work 10-12 hour shifts and come home exhausted. My diet is no where near what id like it to be but convenience has ruled my diet. Im a child care teacher and i have a 3 year old. Im up at 3:30am and bed at 8:30pm. My cravings are my worst enemy and all i want is the energy after work to burn off some calories.
What do you do for extra energy for exercise after a long day at work?
