Eczema treatment while pregnant?

Question

What can I use ? I’m allergic to aveeno products so that won’t work for me. 
Anything else ? I’ve been lathering on my son’s aquaphor cream and just feel sticky but not less itchy. 
I need relief. Help please !

I used African black soap and after shower I used Johnson’s baby cream oil lotion. I have not a single body pimple either! I used to get horrible back acne! 😱😱

I’m ttc and have pretty bad eczema. My derm said a lot of over the counter eczema creams have retinol and something else (can’t remember the name) that are harmful if ttc or pregnant. I have prescription cream  and she also told me to use amlactin brand which has folic acid In it and a different formula which is safe for pregnant woman and those ttc. It actually is smoothing out bumps and makes me wayyy less itchy. It really works! I also use theraplex spray lotion which is more of an oil. Vaseline and coconut oil are safe to use as well. A little baking soda or oatmeal in a bath are natural remedies to curb your itch but make sure water is never too warm. Another important thing is to moisturize right out of shower when your skin is still damp. Also make sure you change your soap/body wash as well. I like dove baby eczema body wash and the dove sensitive colloidal oatmeal body wash and cetaphil as well.
