Being anemic and having healthy baby?

Question

I just got bloodwork back today and was told I’m anemic. The count should be 120 and I’m at 98. Has this happened to anyone else and they still had a healthy labour and baby? I’m reading horror stories online. The dr said to just take iron pills. However I stopped taking my prenatals a while ago (I’m 28 weeks) yes I know that’s not ideal, they just made me horribly sick.

I’m anemic, had a healthy baby and complication free delivery. I did bleed a little on the heavy side right after I had him but no horror stories. My son is not anemic.

I was anemic early on, was prescribed pills too... thing is, supplements are toxic and barely work. Better to go get yourself local grass-fed liver and meats/bones.

I had no problems. Took my iron pills and was fine.

My 4th pregnancy I was very low too 
We are continually monitoring

Im anemic just take your iron youll be fine so will the baby its normal to be anemic during pregnancy
