Cramps-PP
At 20 wks I was diagnosed with placenta previa. I’m now 22 wks and the past 2 days I’ve had low cramps (similar to period cramps) on and off. They can be pretty uncomfortable but not necessarily painful. I haven’t had an bleeding or spotting though. Could this be due to PP or is it just my uterus stretching and growing?
