1 year old not talking

My son turned 1 about 2.5 weeks ago & I am starting to get concerned because he does not talk. He babbles nonstop, but no actual words. No mama, or dada even. He is the most happy & expressive baby, he mimicks facial expressions we do as well as just expressing himself, & he understands what we are saying to him. He’s hit basically every other milestone he is supposed to by this age except the talking (walking with furniture & a few steps on his own, sharing, knows his name). He has a toy lion that roars when he plays with it & he repeats that, I know he understands us, when I tell him no as well because he will shake his head no, & for the most part stop what he was doing (sometimes a little stubborn lol), or when I say ta-ta when he has something he isn’t supposed to he’ll usually give it up no problem. When he wants food he’ll come up & go MMMMM & point at what I’m eating or making for him. I’m not sure what more to do to try to teach him. I talk to him nonstop & repeat words over & over but he usually just smiles or will babble, but sometimes he gets really frustrated. Does anyone have any tips?
