Kymberlee

Hi, I've never posted before, so I apologize if this has been asked and answered a hundred times.

A little back story, I'm 34, would give just about anything for another baby. Got pregnant the first time at 29 in like 2 months of trying. This time it's been almost 2 years, my dr. (And specialist who did some prenatal testing) have been hesitant to help me medically because I'm overweight.

Dr. Finally decided after 3 mos of blood draws (and finding out I'm not ovulating) and almost 2 years of trying, that I've done my due diligence and finally gave me clomid.

For the past couple of years, I've been pretty regular. My cycles were a little on the long side, 35-36 days, but recently they've been closer to 30. This was supposed to be the cycle I started the clomid on, but now that she's given it to me, it's day 36 and I haven't started.

So here's my actual conundrum. My man is a long haul trucker and is usually only home weekends, but this month we're going on vacation, and his week off was going to perfectly line up with my fertile window, after taking the clomid. We probably won't have a chance this good again until Christmas. But of course, I haven't started. They told me the meds they're calling in to induce a period could take two weeks, which blows this whole time line out of the window. Oh and I have taken 2 pregnancy tests, both negative. Any suggestions? Anything I can do on my own to make this happen?

Thanks for any help or advice!
