I think I might be having a miscarriage

Sorry tmi! I’m looking for someone who has had this happen to them. I’m 7 weeks pregnant. But for the last two days I have been cramping so bad and bleeding on and off. At first it was just spotting but now it’s bright red. I’ve been to my doctor and my HCG level is only 3467. I have another blood draw on Thursday with an U/S scheduled with my appointment on Wednesday. I’m just so nervous that I’m losing the pregnancy. After two years and a couple chemical pregnancies. Has anybody had cramping and bleeding and carried the baby to term? The blood is only dark when I wipe.

Edit: so... after severe cramps that went away by this evening. I was still bleeding bright red blood but it was tapering off and turning more pink than red and still only when I wiped. I went to the bathroom and plop. Out came a thick piece of tissue/blood clot I have a picture but it’s super TMI. I wanted to see if I miscarried but there was never enough blood that convinced me wholly. There is no blueberry sized piece of baby or anything. But the bleeding has stopped since it passed. I’m hoping that the next set of labs show that I’m still pregnant! But maybe it was a blighted ovum and I just passed it. I won’t know until Thursday. Picture in comments.
