Problems after miscarriage

Does anyone else have any problems after a miscarriage because I seen to be having problems months after mine I went for my 12 week scan on 4 December 2017 and I found out my baby had no heartbeat and the baby was actually almost 15 weeks but my body wasent giving me any signs of miscarriage and didn’t want to depart with the baby so I had to get medical treatmeant which was hard but ever since this day I have had lot of different problems happen and I think they have stemed from this I have had problems like

-pain during sex

-bvi

-water infections (a lot)

-headache

-stomach craps really bad some days

-really really heavy periods (bear in mind I never got any pains or any cramps with periods before and my cycle was not that heavy)

-I became anemic

-sore legs

-tiredness but put that down as being anemic

A lot of other symptoms I don’t know what going on I went for a ultra sound and they found nothing all fine has anyone else experienced anything like this before
