No appetite

I’m 8 weeks, 6 days and have had literally no appetite whatsoever. Probably due to the fact that I’m constantly nauseous despite every effort and attempt to combat the nausea. Everything sounds gross to me and as a result I’ve barely been able to eat anything. Anyone else had this issue? Tips on what can help??
