Boy name York?

I have been on some baby Gaga, yahoo, & nameberry forums and I have stumbled upon the name York only a few times but it definitely caught my attention. I was thinking maybe York David or York Micheal. What are your opinions on this name? Also open to other middle name ideas.

I think it's a decent name. I think of yorkie dogs, but that's not a bad association. Neither is chocolate.

Interesting name. I knew a kid named York in high school. Back then I thought it was kind of an odd name, but he didn’t get made fun of for it

I personally love it! I love surnames as first names and that’s where I first saw the name. Most first names are also surnames so I think it works great! I believe Tyra Banks has a York, as well.
