Looking for advice/hope

Had my first ultrasound today after miscarriage last July. According to when my last period was July21) I would be 7w3d there was a gestational sac which measured me at 6w3d but no sign of anything in sac. They said I just might be early and want to do a repeat US next week. Very discouraged and upset. Has anyone else had this happen and have a good US after 7-10 days? I have a tilted uterus so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it either. Looking for advice from the group! Thanks
