We made it 5 weeks!!
I was terrified I wouldn’t be able to breastfeed bc my son was born a month early and I had to pump to supplement my milk for him while he was in the hospital; however my son is learning to latch without a nipple shield now!! We did our first full feeding on one side without the shield today! I’m feeling pretty proud we made it through these first 5 weeks!! I’m hoping to be successful at breastfeeding for at least 1 year!
