Pregnancy symptoms???

I hate to be that bitch but I can’t go get a pregnancy test until Friday when I get paid. I got an iud about a month ago so I’m not sure if this could all be caused from the hormones in that or?? For the past 2 weeks my boobs have gotten A LOT like possibly a whole cup size. My nipples are really sensitive. I’ve been having cravings for foods I don’t normally eat, plus I’m always hungry. Today my SO and I had sex today and I’ve been having extreme cramps and spotting (it’s pink blood if that makes a difference) any advice or insight helps thank you

UPDATE// my friend was able to get me a test and it can back negative. I forgot to note that I was supposed to get my period today. I’m gonna take the second one that was in the pack tomorrow just to be sure though.
