I totally read that wrong and thought it said how to survive a heart attack. I was about to ask what the hell we you doing posting about it here.
Anyway, it really just takes time. It's like losing a loved one. You go through your day and think oh I need to tell X this and you realise they're not there anymore. Over time you'll stop thinking like that and then one day you'll just think back on them as a memory.

What you may still be holding onto is the idea of the person you were with. It took me time to come to this conclusion, but in the end it’s not the person you will miss, it’s the memories. You’ll find someone someday who you’ll make even better memories with, and in the meantime, make your own memories! 😊 Play music, spend time with your family or do the things that make you, you 😌 Heartbreak is the worst feeling but hopefully good things will come your way soon

Just got to remember that time heals. It won’t be like this forever. You just need to grieve for a while but just hold your head up and know there’s light at the end of the tunnel.
