Meeting out in 100+ degree weather

So yesterday we had a store meeting and to “prove a point” our manager had all 20 of us outside in 108 degree weather for 1 hour and a half giving the meeting. I’m 6 months pregnant & honestly was sooo hot and exhausted. Yes there was shades but that’s not enough to stop the hot humid heat. Everyone’s faces were red and everyone was sweating. My coworkers were pissed Bc I’m the only pregnant one and shouldn’t have been out there. I’m honestly extremely upset about it too
