Mine can’t plan ahead for the life of him and that doesn’t exactly work in manufacturing. So the planning part gets dumped on me and my coworker 😒 gets damn frustrating

My boss is my Dad.... Nothing like getting paid 25c to $30 an hour... If I get paid at all. I got a second job tho.
