This may be a bit of a controversial recommendation but..

I just wanted to tell anyone who will listen if you have Netflix and you get a chance to or dont mind watching documentaries.. to watch the City of Joy. It's about the brutalities women in the Congo face.. and being a woman who has faced sexual harassment myself I found it both insightful and eye opening that i am not alone and how woman can become leaders of their own lives.. I'm not promoting feminism or race or anything like that but I just wanted to give a suggestion to anyone who will listen that its worth the watch. And maybe it's not your thing that's totally fine. But I wanted to suggest it anyways.

Disclaimer: i wouldn't suggest watching it with children due to some of the conversations and images depending on how you are raising your child. So just wanted to let you know ahead of time so your not like omgosh I dont want them to see this.
