Did it, toned up a bit but got bored after 30 days. It's great I just get bored, I am a gym rat at heart, need lots of machines to jump around on. Good luck try to stick with it!!!

Update: Loving it! My husband pushes me through and working out has done wonders for my mood!

Yes! My hub and I are actually about to get ready for our session right now!!! Does wonders for my booty hehe! You're going to love it!! Just as everyone says, just do what you can... The first week I could only get through the warm up, second week could only get through warm up and 10 minutes of actual workout, third week and I could do whole video with little breaks and now I can do the whole thing non stop... I was at week 3 progress for a loooong time!!

30 days in I hurt my ankle and we stopped, tried to get back in after about 2 weeks off from where we left off and it didn't work that well, haha. I enjoyed it while we did it, but for those 30 days I don't think I noticed anything different in myself physically
