Baby hates car seat and car. Can anyone help???

My 10 week old hates going in her car seat and hates the car. She will only tolerate it for maybe 10 minutes max. She screams her little head off and is totally inconsolable until I get her out. I’ve tried a mirror, making sure she has her dummy and even sitting in the back seat right next to her. Next I’m thinking of getting a new car seat as maybe she finds hers uncomfortable, but then she was fine in it for the first 5 weeks or so. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it something she will grow out of? She is quite a clingy to her mummy baby, could that have anything to do with it? Anyone else got any ideas I could try?
