My twins go to bed at 9 pm and usually make it till somewhere between 2-3, feed and then sleep till 7am

Sometimes I’m lucky and get 3 hours - other times I’m lucky to get 1-2 hours! It’s slowly getting better, but been tough!

Technically his longest sleep is during the evening. He’ll sleep 4-5 hours from around 5-9pm. The rest of the day/night he’s up every 2/3 hours.

My two week old gave me a 6.5 hour stretch! I woke up twice to make sure he was ok! But he’s been giving me 3.5-4 hour stretches! Not sure what to do! He made it only one ounce over birth weight and I’ve been trying to feed him a lot during the day to make sure he’s getting the ounces he needs!

2-3 hours, sometimes 4, occasionally 5, but mostly 3 hours unless she’s going through a growth spurt then it’s 1-2
