Simple work outs

I’m 15 and i just want some simple workouts and simple healthy recipes that are vegan. I have come to find meat disgusting so I’ve been trying to just eat fruits and veggies but i know there’s many yummy vegan recipes I could try, so if there’s any websites I could try I would love to know. Also work out it’s just to feel good about myself and to feel extra healthy , so just anything for tummy , booty , arms , legs, etc... Thank you!!!💗
