Gaining weight
So im 17 years old and like I’ve been gaining like a lot of weight recently ? I’ve been 120 lbs since 6th grade and I feel like I’ve been eating the same but like instead of going to good places , it’s going to my stomach . And it makes me look pregnant which I’m not . I’ve also always had a little gut but every woman in my family has it . That part was just hereditary which I was fine with I had no problems with it . I mean everyone has to have a little meat on their bones right ? But now I feel like really like guilty when I eat things . This literally started today and I want to cry I don’t like this at all I know we grow but my height hasn’t changed since I was in 6th grade as well and I am struggling right now . Are there any tips like for when I workout that will help get rid of my belly and like foods that will help me burn it quicker ? I really don’t know how much longer I can take .
