4 month old bedtime routine
My LO was sleeping great but we are getting hit hard with the 4 month sleep regression. What are your bedtime routines that have been working well? I have one that was working but I’ve been putting him to sleep by nursing him and I from what I’ve read I should be putting him down tired and not asleep so he learns to fall asleep on his own. Any suggestions?
