Anxiety - Can’t wait.... help

Been TTC for months now, went to doctor last month and I might have PCOS, waiting on results but last month I finally got a positive ovulation test. I nearly cried ! And now a week later I’m kind of sorta spotting but not really only when I wipe, im wondering if this is implantation part I keep hearing. My period isn’t due for another week or so , that’s why this spotting is so strange. I’m so impatient I want to past forward to next week like NOW.

Any advise on how to be patient during this TTC. Every month seems eternal these days... just waiting is giving me anxiety.
