So I’m trying to get my college transcript from my previous college so I can go to a new college. I owe them $2000 because in the spring of 2016 I had just had my daughter and dropped classes after the drop date so I wouldn’t have bad grades on my record. They charged me for them anyway. I paid some on the balance before I moved in with my fiancé but now I’m a stay at home mom with no way of paying until tax season( possibly). I asked the business office of the previous school if I could do a payment plan and get my transcript and they said no. Yet they would be willing to let me get into classes if I paid some of it. I can’t even go to this school because of the distance. What can I do? Other schools I have applied to want my college transcript when I try to get a pell grant.
