Person saying the package I sent was empty?

I sold an iphone that doesn’t work anymore and he got the package and claiming it’s empty?? I obviously sent it and bubble wrapped it really well.  He’s being ridiculous and I’m not sure what to do. Any help? And he’s saying he bought 600 phones but only has 20 something reviews 🙄

Report him and say you believe he's attempting to scam you. They can probably check out his account history and find out if he's done this before. There's not much else you can do besides that. If he's immediately threatening to contact the police then he's obviously trying to scare you into giving him a refund. Just submit a complaint against him and see what happens

I'm sure it weighed a certain amount when you shipped it, and most things to ship are weight based (at least they are where I am). 
I don't know about where you are, but where I am there are no laws to protect private sales so he'd have no case regardless of whether it was empty or not.
He sounds dodgy to me, I wouldn't pay him any attention.

I would make a report that you completed the order and he’s trying to say he didn’t receive it. This has happened to me 2x and I lost out because I didnt add tracking onto it.
